Mr. Music

Ever since I was six years old, when my mother rolled in a big upright piano, which she painted red, I have been enamored with music. From those early days of picking out melodies with one finger; to learning to play guitar in college to be a folk singer; to writing and recording my own songs; to bringing the joys of music to the primary grade school children; to forming a community choir and several gigging bands; and now producing and promoting live music shows, music has become, for me, far more than an art form or entertainment for the masses. Music is the vibration that creates and sustains all of life.
Music is a Joy-Maker. From kids singing, The Wheels on the Bus, to ‘Kids with Wrinkles” singing Twist and Shout, the joy is the same. Something about singing in a group fills the heart with Joy, shuts down the thinking mind and vibrates with the beating heart into every cell of the body. Beyond the entertainment value of music, there is a sacredness that transcends and transforms the human experience. The fact that, whether listening to music or participating in music, music always brings you into the present moment awareness. 
The musical smorgasbord on this site gives you opportunities to experience yourself in the present moment, through the medium of music. The Mr. Music Music School is a comprehensive music curriculum for primary age kids to learn about, and Be with music. Kids with Wrinkles will give Grandma and Grandpa the opportunity to singalong with songs of the 60s and 70s. The Toolbox Songs were created to introduce children to social/emotional Tools, that they already possess, for easy living; but they are not just for kids. Finally, Peacetown is an online community that promotes the individual spirit of peace through Music, Fine Art and the creation of Beauty.
